The process begins with a simple conversation during a 20 minute phone call. The objective is to learn about you and what challenges you the most about your space. You will learn about our approach, and any questions or concerns will be addressed. Once you feel confident that Let Your Space Bloom, LLC will help you transform your space, the first session is scheduled.
organizing session(s)
The first organization sessions starts with a quick tour, gaining an understanding of how you use your space. Then we sit down to create a simple plan, prioritize and jump right in. Smaller projects may be completed in one session, but we think you'll be so happy with our process, you will book further sessions to transform other areas in your home.
pricing and PAyment
Your first organizing session will be priced at our standard rate of $120 per hour for one organizer. The minimum number of hours per session is 3 hours, so the cost of the first session is $360.
Thereafter, sessions may be longer depending on the size of the project and you may continue to pay at the end of each session. If you live more than a 30-minute drive from Lutherville, Maryland, then an additional travel fee will be charged for each session.
If you work with more than one organizer per hour, the hourly rate will be increased contingent upon the number of team members and the length of the session. Full pricing details will be discussed during your complimentary phone consultation.
Please also note that sessions scheduled on the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) are priced at our premium rate. Appointments scheduled for unpack and organize services require a 25% advance deposit.
Any donations discovered during our session will be loaded into our truck and taken to a local non-profit in need. We will provide you with the donation receipt for your tax records. A few of our favorite places to donate include, GreenDrop, Helping Up Mission, Second Chance and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. If we determine that some organizing products would help maximize your space, then we will make recommendations via Amazon and/or local retailers.
We accept cash, check or Zelle. Payment is due at the end of each organizing session.
*Any gift cards for organizing services or prepaid hours for organizing services expire one year from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
POLICIES
48 hours advance notice is required to cancel a regular session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours will be assessed a $150 late cancellation fee. Unpack and organize sessions will be assessed a $300 late cancellation fee. We will confirm appointments either by text message or email a few days before for your convenience.
