The Secret that Lies within Your Space

Everyone should live in a space that is intentionally organized, one that suits their wants and needs and also enhances their mental and physical health. In fact, I’ll take it a step further: everyone should have a space within their home that’s exclusively theirs… not their partners’, kids’ or pets’ - just for them. No matter how big or how small, it should be a place of peace, harmony and comfort.

Many people underestimate the palpable link between their physical space and their mental well-being. In order to truly thrive, one needs a space to call their own. It can be as small as a pillow cushion on the floor, a desk or an entire room. The key is to create a space you adore, which inspires you to be the person you want to become. This entails removing any evidence of bad memories and replacing them with treasured keepsakes, photographs and other memorabilia. During the hustle and bustle of the holidays and on the brink of the new year, my hope is you already have a space of your own to decompress and truly feel at peace.  This is the secret to thriving during stressful times. And if you don’t, I invite you to create one and let your space BLOOM in Baltimore and beyond.
